Product Info

We bake, pack and ship all our food products fresh, each and every day using the finest quality ingredients available to us. We do not use any preservatives in our sweets, so all food products should be kept in its original airtight Weck jar and placed in a cool, dry place away from direct sun. Our gridlock nuts and shortbread cookies are best enjoyed within 4 weeks. All other food products, with the exception of our macarons, are best enjoyed within 5-10 days. Due to their delicate nature, our macarons are only available for pick-up or personal delivery. Macarons should be refrigerated and are best consumed within 4-5 days. For the most pleasurably tasting experience, allow macarons to come to room temperature for a good 1 to 2 hours before enjoying.

Our products are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, and chocolate. While some products may not contain all of these ingredients, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.


As all our products are handemade to order, please allow up to 5 business days to ship out your order. We offer overnight delivery via USPS, however, most of our packages are shipped using USPS priority mail. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses and at this time, we cannot offer international shipping.

Elle A Bites is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by UPS and/or USPS due to inclement weather or other causes that are out of our control.

We take great care in packaging our products for shipment, but unfortunately, we cannot ensure what happens to our packages once they leave our hands. If in case a package does arrive to you greatly damaged please contact us immediately.


Our commitment to you is simple: to spread a little happy your way! We sincerely hope you enjoy our products as much as we do, but if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, we happily accept returns. You may return products in its original, unopened/unused packaging for a full product refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. For returns on perishable items that have already been opened, please contact us and we will work with you to make you happy!
